Can we play now? Is it free?
Yes. The web beta is free and includes all 26 letters. The App Store version is not available yet. Its release date and final pricing have not been announced.
Which devices can we use?
The beta runs in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. It needs an internet connection to load content that hasn’t been cached. Browser and device behavior can vary; it is not a fully offline or App Store app.
Should a grown-up play along?
Especially at first. Introduce Pip, help with the sound controls, and name the pictures together. A gift may be called a present and an iguana a lizard—both are reasonable descriptions. This is introductory letter play, not a complete reading course.
Where is progress saved?
In this browser on this device, when storage is available. It doesn’t sync to another device. Clearing site data or using private browsing can make saved progress unavailable. The app’s Grown-ups settings include a reset with confirmation.
What information is collected?
This informational website has no signup form, added analytics or advertising. The game saves play progress and preferences locally. Both sites’ hosting services may process connection information; ordinary browser-voice fallback may use a remote voice service. Read the full explanation.
How can I get help or report a problem?
Parent help includes sound and progress troubleshooting. A dedicated support address hasn’t been added yet; during this beta, contact the person who shared the game with you. Never include a child’s name or recording in a report.
